October fail stuff

I'll be changing the color scheme for halloween, and there's a couple things I'm doing here.

Make the best halloween-themed image you can make, and it'll get voted on and the winner gets 1000 fails from my bank account. Y'know, it's not like I needed the money to pay off my debt to the bank or anything...

Create the best halloween-themed Header, Background, Perhaps a post background, and Favicon.

When making images, state what your image is (Header, BG, PostBG, Favicon, Image) and YOU MUST NAME IT. Winning gets you 1001 fails. Except favicon. Favicon only gets 999 fails.
