tie the pencil to the end to make it longer and try again. if that doesn't work. leap around like tarzan by grappling to something lower and then grappling again to reach the top

Swing the grappling hook around and around. If the rope is heavier than you or it swings around with enough momentum, you will eventually be lifted up into the air like a helicopter. It's scientifically working.

You swing it but you still need a little extra something to make the GRAPPLING HOOK longer. Nothing is close enough to act like Tarzan.

Because of your dizziness, you fall off of the STOOL and your hat falls off, yet again. Your dizziness subsides! You move the STOOL to the other side of the room, by the OPEN DOOR, and make the GRAPPLING HOOK latch onto the SMALL WOODEN LEDGE. The SMALL WOODEN LEDGE isn't strong enough to support your weight, and the ledge breaks, leaving you laying on the STOOL with the BROKEN LEDGE laying on your chest.
