"i'm almost certain it's a brain tumour"

So I suffer with migraines that make me ill anyway, usually get them twice a month, but just recently I've had a head ache/migraine that has lasted 3 almost 4 weeks, really really painful and making me tired. I've been to the doctors several times I'm on "the best pills to prevent head aches" and some strong painkillers and I've still got, it hasn't really done anything to the pain.. So I rang the out of hours number and got to speak to my doctor (yay for my doctor working on Sunday) and he said that since nothing is starting to work that it may be a brain tumour "well, I'm almost certain it is". Not what I wanted to hear.. But I've got to wait a month beofre I can have my MRI brain scan..
