Great Moments in Fail

This is the place to post all the Great Moments in Fail that we've had over the years. These threads can be considered Epitomes of Failure, and should be used to guide our own ventures through failure.

So start posting.

An obvious choice is definitely the Kitchens Uber topic. Anyone who has experienced the joys of fail history has been chuffed to bits repeatedly by the failure that is this topic.
