How about you change something at the top?
The words Fail Forum are so plain looking now...

BTW, the button under the radio thing should have a capitalized word, Inactive rather than inactive.

Change the color of the user info? The blue is hard to see in the purple.

I don't think either of them let me use my own hostname. Webs, it's mostly a site builder, with ftp if you want an ftp site and that's about it. 000webhost you can use your own domain, it gives you email addresses for that domain, it's got several different FTPs, and a few other things.

Another update:

I made it so the button to the radio gets slighter bigger when you hover over it, and just a tad smaller than that when you click on it. I also made it wider to fit the text I was putting in it and the image forums are up now, too. Start postin'.
