*Looks at surroundings, finds a broken pot and piece of rusted metal, chucks the pot but it misses then the metal which hits one of the zombs chasing that kid (you didn't give yourself a name) straight in the head.  I knock off the ladder for the fire escape then climb up to the top.  I jump over a few building swiftly and quietly and find some kid.  I eat him so that I can last a few more days.  He lets out a piercing screech but is immediately subdued.  I again climb a building from some scaffolds of a permanently unfinished project.  I work my way back to the original location but in a different cardinal direction and still out of view.*

*I see a kid running on some dilapidated school grounds.  Being full, I decide to confuse him for fun.  I look around and find a loose brick from the ledge.  I throw it and luckily it lands right in front of him and trips him.  While he's on the floor, a couple of the zed show up so I throw another brick and a segment of some decently sturdy gutter, one of which hits one of them in the leg, bringing it to the floor.  The other lands near the boy for him to use if he gets up in time.*
