The Beak of the Finch

I am reading this book for extra credit and it is extremely boring and hard to understand. it's about the evolution of finches on Daphne Major, some volcanic island in the galapagos. except for the 2/3 of the book where it really only talks about evolution in confusing ways. Do not read this if you can help it, it is very boring.

Re: The Beak of the Finch

Hmm, I only know the summary of evolution and his laws, also their beaks change 'cause of different food sources.

Re: The Beak of the Finch

So far (as of chapter 5) it has explained darwin's theory that even the smallest changes to the beaks will change their food. for example, one finch with an 11 millimeter beak will successfully eat a seed while one with a 10.5 mm beak won't even attempt to.
