I introduced it to my sisters and they've spent every minute of their snow day either playing Ocarina of Time or watching Doctor Who.

Yay, I think. My sisters have spent the last month or so doing nothing but watching Doctor Who because I introduced them to it but they watched the first 7 and a half seasons and >_> HOLY CRAP DO THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH THEIR LIVES

Oh and you can also get some of the classic episodes online. I tried watching the first ever episode. People 50 years ago had some SERIOUSLY long attention spans.

So how did you find out about Doctor Who? My mom watched it as a kid, and so when we were flipping through channels one day, she noticed "Doctor Who" and thought it was familiar and now we're hooked and have watched all of the episodes after 2005. Yeah, and I bought a Doctor Who themed Yahtzee set for my dad for his birthday. Everyone in my family is now a Doctor who fanatic.

We have Amazon Prime and a Wii U with the Amazon Instant Video app. I haven't checked to see if they have the original series. I tried watching the first episode a while ago but never finished it.

I found out because lots of people around me watched it and were obsessed and I was all like "What even is this" and proceeded to finish the first 2 seasons in 2 days.
