The Rules Need an Update

Though this is the Fail Forum, the rules shouldn't fail. Our rules really lack specifics. Below are 3 problems with the rules that I think should be addressed.

1. Multiple Accounts
I've seen mods give out warnings for having multiple accounts, but there is nothing in the rules saying that you can't have more than one.

2. Inappropriate Stuff
Well, with the current rules, I could post a thread with pictures of people without clothes as long as it was in the right forum.

3. Personal Info
No such rule exists preventing me from going into a forum and creating a thread housing all my personal information, including my passwords.

I hope an administrator sees this and addresses my concerns.

Those rules used to be there but when the forum got attacked the rules were changed to "kill every1" by Linus or supermen. When Different made the new rules, he left those rules out.
