I suppose so. I mean, here it is already. I didn't even know what I was going to do until I changed the theme back to nevblack. I hadn't changed any of the CSS and it looked pretty much like what it is now. Just change some values and blur all the text a little and... ghost theme.

Also, My suggestion for blurred text would be.
