Post wait time...

I feel that the reason we don't get many posts is because of the post wait time.
My suggestion:
When a person registers, we place them in the Members group. They still have to wait. However, when that person reaches 150 posts, we move them to the Failure group, and they only need wait 45 seconds. But if we see a person who is an active and thoughtful poster, we can move them up early (for people like Maikel, Bimps, Slawthe, etc.) And if the person has 4 or more warnings at 150 posts, we have them wait until they reach 250 posts. (Because people like TPG or something reach 150, but then they misuse their new power.)
mVIP only waits 40 seconds between posts.
LVIP waits 30.
VIP waits 20.
MVIP waits 10.
UVIP: no wait.

big_smile This could really help because I think those active posters just don't seem active because of the time limit.

It's not hard. Just add a new group based on members, change the wait time, and change the wait time for all the other groups. Then move all people who SHOULD be failures into the Failure group.

Dang I didn't see this topic until now, thank you for mentioning me ;D

I never fully understood the wait time, I just posted not that long ago and I think this will be posted without me having to wait.  But if it does make a big difference then yes, I agree to it.  Good thinking Coolio big_smile
