Theme change

I know, I'm an admin and I should know how to fix these bugs but I have no idea how to fix this bug.

If I log out or log in as Not Bobithan, the theme of the forum changes. I'll post pictures tomorrow and I'm going to report this bug on the support forum if nobody knows what this is.

because bobithan has a different theme setting than not bobithan?
i logged out and guests automatically have the dark blue theme.
