Will be completed very shortly. If you look at the source code, right after the <title> is a <style> tag. This style tag takes precedence over the external style sheet you can see right before the </head>. 2 Problems I had before are both solved by this new code.
1. I don't access any other files (The CSS Editor wouldn't work because I couldn't access any files)
2. I don't have to tear apart header.php to place an external style sheet after default one.

Yes. To improve my skillz and so that my admins don't have to bother me every time they want to change a bit of css.
Right now I've kinda gotten distracted with making the super forum control page for the admins pretty, but just a few more lines of CSS then I'll get back to the PHP

To improve your skillz? No offense, you need skillz in PHP when you're making actual websites, for actual clients, for actual companies.
