if it looks bad on green swap the colors and make the bg red w/ green border. My psp is noticibly less cheerful.

Sorry, that'd be the snow in the background. If it wanders outside the window another scrollbar appears.

If this is the 'fail forum' why don't you make the forum flipped 75 deg, make mirrored text, etc.

And I have a very simple yet good idea and parody of another thing for a theme.
The forums will be mainly black, and the header will be a big space of blackness with a medium sized
[fail forums]
in lowercase. All text will be white.
