MOAR!

Since I can't get to sleep, I've decided to add a lot of quick, awesome things.
1. Christmas surprise - a special surprise for this christmas. It will last from christmas eve to christmas day, and there'll be no peaking.
2. Snow! We have a lovely snowy background, so I've added some snow in front of things as well. I grabbed it from google and it's all text-based, so no/little lag.
3. Some admin treats - Admins can add custom pages.
4. A lovely little footer. You might've noticed the little crappy thing at the bottom once that said "The Debate
FailChain". I'm making it awesomesauce now.
5. Another small treat for admins - You no longer have to put !important after everything.

I finished the footer and entertained myself for about a minute just playing with it. (hover over the links)

I was up and I couldn't do what I wanted because things that were !important couldn't be overridden by later !importants. So I picked up the few lines of code that print out the css on every page and dumped them right after the body tag. We had to use !important because the inline sheet was before that horrible forum theme.

The snow has been changed in two ways.
1. The snowflakes are now little cursive Fs.
2. The snow is visible.
