So I'm typing from my great-grandma's windows vista computer. I see The Browser That Will Not Be Named's the only thing on it, so I open The Browser That Will Not Be Named, type in fwin.co.cc along with a few other tabs, and what do I get? This:

I can't go around using the internet with every page looking broken. So I go and download Opera, and here's what I get from the FailWin index:

What. The. Heck. 1000 times better. And faster. I made Opera the default, switched over all her start-up tabs to the speed dial, and added the weather on top of that. All in under 10 minutes.

Anyways, basically, you need a doctype, a charset, html doesn't like divs inside anchors, doesn't like self closing in non-xhtml, and doesn't want the analytics script after the closing html tag.
