I use noteflight. Wide variety of instruments. Or synthesia. It plays midis well.

I guess I could use 1 world map and a few maps of cities. If you made some of those geographical maps of cities, I could turn those into maps.

Yeah. Look for a mountain map in the game and then go to Headers, scroll to the bottom, look at the two tilesets being used, and when you make a new map use those tilesets. You can do that for everything.
