Unfortunately, CSS marquee stuff is only supported in web kit browsers and when using the webkit prefix.

Top two browsers:
Opera and Chrome.
Which one you use depends on preference. Chrome is a'ight out of the box, but Opera is better after you tune it to how you like it.

Apple is evil. Microsoft is ok most of the time. Google is slowly taking over the world, but at least they have a sense of humor. Open-source: ok most of the time.

I hate google. I avoid google products (with the exception of youtube, which was not originally created by google anyways) as much as I can.

I'd say they're equal in both (counting pc distributors for microsoft's pc hardware, as they don't actually make it), just are better for different markets.
