2: Open paint
3: Draw whatever design came up the first time
4: Post description of the design
5: Post drawing
6: Rate the one above you (Just to make it more forum-game-like)

The one and only rule:

No refreshing, unless it's something inappropriate, because it'll say something suggestive every once in a while
