Some nub from my school. I left myself logged in to something and he stole my pass. I had to change ALL my accounts.

I was testing a register/login system and the url was something like this:
totalr.tk/Test.php?user=scienceguyz&pass=<password>
Should have been:
totalr.tk/Test.php?user=scieceguyz&hash=Dh6S7I1B
Well it kinda failed so I'm taking the site down.
