Lean FInely Textured Beef. Commonly known as "Pink Slime".

What's so bad about it?

Nothing.

Beef Products Inc., the company that creates LFTB is "at the forefront of food safety in the meat industry," says Bloomberg Businessweek.

"Pink slime" is in fact safer than most of the rest of the stuff in your ground beef. SAFER. The so called "Pink Slime" is healthier, safer, better for the environment, and economically efficient. So why are people against it?

Crazy hysteria and people invoking emotion over logic. Not just that, this hysteria is causing people to lose their jobs. Why?

I ate something today... It looked very close to vomit. It was pinkish, had noodles, and had little white flecks in it. The white flecks were cheese, the sauce was pink because of the ridiculous amount of Parmesan cheese. That's why it looked like vomit. It tasted like every other school lunch but it srsly looked like vomit. srsly.

It's fairly good, though as far as I know it is only in the Twin Cities. They are self-proclaimedly "Local and Legendary", known for "Pizza and Hot Hoagies".
