Sonic 3CD & Knuckles & Knuckles

It's possibly the best game I have ever played. I couldn't find a working rom or anything, but to play it you have to have an X'Eye (which is a Sega CD and a Genesis/Mega Drive), a Mega Drive/Genesis and a 32x. Hook up the 32x to the Megasis, and insert Sonic and Knuckles. Lock Sonic 3 onto it. Insert Sonic 2 in the X'Eye slot, and insert Sonic CD into the disk drive. Be careful otherwise you might get the completely unrelated game Sonic 12 with Knuckles Spinball.
Oh yes, and with the Game Genie you'll get Sonic 4. Make of this what you will.
I managed to find a review of the game here. Not safe for work, the weak of heart, or anyone who is sane. It has to be seen to be believed.

Also, I'm dead serious about that NSFW spoiler.
