I've tried. I get congested, not like most symptoms of lactose intolerance.
For the record, I will destroy anyone who says I am lactose intolerant. I have a milk allergy. I've tried lactose free milk.

I know this is probably a gravedig, but it's relevant information.

Slow desensitization is the best thing you could do.  Eat a small sliver one day.  Two days later, a bigger one.  Work your way up to a Kraft Single and you should be good.  Just don't stay away from it too long or you might revert.
