Maybe it would make distorted text going: big small italic and underlined and lines through text

but all randomised.

I'm working on it on the beta forums, so if you want to play around with the beta distort tag, go there.

Also @admins:
the distort and other superspecial tags will be hardcoded into the forums and will not be able to be edited normally.
