Layout - Okay, it will be done once I figure out this thing with the avatars.
Center, Right, Left - I can add a button for center among other unbuttoned tags, but I'll have to add a left and right tag.
Color picker - I could definitely add a color picker for browsers that support the HTML5 input color picker thing. That'd be nice and easy and would degrade into a crappy looking text input. Other than that, I'll see what I can do.

Sounds good. One suggestion might be to make the button text match what it is, as in the button for bold has a B on it instead of just B.

Well, the color thing seems to be working fine except for the fact that the thing containing the hex code can wrap separately from the button to insert the tag; it might be ideal to change that so that you can't have them on different lines.

What if we broke the tag buttons into two lines: block tags (code, quote, left, center, right) and inline tags (everything else).

That could be a good idea.

Could also possibly put the bbcode buttons on the right instead of the top- there appears to be quite a bit of open space there.

Personally I'd say that quotes look better without rounded corners, but the post review thing should definitely be fixed.
