Also, it seems that spambots have become aware of failure and are beginning invasion. Actions are being taken to prevent their registration.

EDIT: Done for now. Some simple questions to deter some bots have been placed on the registration page, and all new users are placed into a Suspected Winners user group that are not allowed to post links or set their Website, which should prevent bots that do get past from doing botty things.

Also, should the poll be on top of the post? I feel like it should be on top of the post. Probably out of the post entirely.

I think polls should be able to be inserted either through a bbcode to be inline or above the post, depending on what the user chooses.

Imma work on it. Not sure I can do that. If I fail, I'm just going to toss it on top.

This mod is a lot simpler than the other one. There's no re-voting and there's only a set number of replies and no multiple choice answers. I saw other mods with those, but I went for the simple looking one. Should I uninstall this one and get another one? There's only like 2 polls so far so... yeah.

I think I can do that. Tomorrow morning I'll clean up the ftp folder a bit (it's a mess) and get you an ftp account. I'd do it tonight but I'd have to get out of bed.

I've found ReCaptcha, and even better, KeyCaptcha to be pretty effective (Actually totally effective)

I've also used some .htaccess mods like this one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/201 … h-htaccess
To block many bots/spammers. I couldn't find the one I used, but it also blocked all that "buy viagra" or "buy new coaches" crap they spam.
