EE Rebellion (RP)

Sort of inspired by this.
EE Rebellion will be sort of like a CYOA, except each character gets to submit their own commands. The story hasn't started yet, due to needing to take characters first.

Character Suggestion Template
Name: Your character's name. It can be first and last, or just first/last. It can also be something incredibly insane.
Gender: Male, Female, Genderless, Turtle, you get the drill.
Age: If you wouldn't like it to be specific, just place a specific area or just ???.
Description: A short description. Be sure to include "attributes", such as high agility but low attack/defense.
Image: Upload a .png transparent image. If you use MS Paint or another program that can't handle transparencies, use a background composed entirely of one color.
There aren't many rules, other then try not to make your character too OP. It's okay to have one attribute OP but another ridiculously underpowered (for example, your character can 1-hit ko people, but only those he's relatives with and has donated his organs to, or you're practically indestructible but your attacks are equivalent to honking a rubber duck in front of the enemy's face). If an attribute sounds OP but is useless, that's okay too (for example, puking rainbows)

Description: Above-average agility, but lower attack and decent defense. Also can summon a random type of hat every 24 hours.

Description: Good at using knives and other sharp weapons. Also good at sniping. People may become confused by his grammar.

Name: Tyler (nickname; true name secret except that it starts with a T)
Gender: Male, not afraid to act a bit feminine
Age: Under 13
Description: An optimistic young boy who does not like using weapons (except as a last resort or in painful situations), but prefers to use communication to settle things. Because of this, he is not skilled at using weapons. He does, however, manage to be optimistic, yet reasonable in conversation when used as a tactic instead of battle itself. Surprisingly mysterious and does not give out private information easily.

Description: Formerly omnipotent and immortal, but now reduced to a mere human. Extremely intelligent (IQ of 2005), but has many enemies who want to kill him for things he did in the past (when he was omnipotent and immortal). Annoys others very easily.
