also since i literally have not gotten 1 fail in interest yet i don't know how you take it out or if it's compound, etc.

Interest isn't stored as interest. It's "stored" as the time that you last withdrew or deposited. The forums calculate interest whenever you go to the bank, by doing math with the length of time your money has been in the bank and the amount of money in the bank.
