Fail Forum banner contest

Somebody make a image supporting the fail forum. This image we put in our signature at all other forums we go to. This will hopefully grab more users for this forum.

Whoever makes the best banner gets a reward of 500 fails
Deadline is July 15th. You have 1 week to make this banner

Requirements:

Must have the Purple/Blue/Black theme
Must say "Fail forum - A crappy forum getting less crappy every day"
Must be 728x100 pixels MAX
Must be awesome.
