I swear those crane games are rigged so that it only grabs it like 2% of the time. The other 98% just makes you feel like an idiotic failure (in a bad way)

Basically, you get [amount] rings. You then throw them, trying to catch one on the giant mass of bottles before you. Normally there's a big one with a special prize.
