Depending on where you post, you can get multiple fails for posts. Usually not more than 2.

Basically, our currency is fails, you get it from posting, depending on how useful your post is. Posts in the spam forum get no fails, but making an introduction topic and introducing yourself to fail starts you off with 5 fails. Everything else is somewhere in between.

Well, generally we're not supposed to care about how much fails we have, unless you're a) me or rat in the failbank race or b) aiming for vip. After that, fail counts don't really matter.
