How to take out a helicopter on Far Cry if you suck

1. Obtain any weapon that is not the machete.

2. Hide in a bush while a helicopter hovers around you.

3. Attempt to hit the guy with non-machete weapon.

4. Miss because you suck.

5. Keep trying.

6. Eventually the helicopter will suddenly burst into flames and everyone in it will die.

No, the first time I blew up a helicopter I was using a semiautomatic pistol.
