I had that problem once. I think I fixed it by signing out of all accounts.

I've had this problem multiple times. It does eventually fix itself, but still.

Yeah, I know what you mean. There are a lot of bugs (some intentional ones) in google products that are really annoying to work around.

Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of having a single email account when my high school requires me to use one from there and the college where I actually take my classes gives me on there, both of which have important information sent to them.
