n1kf hax'd me

For those of you who don't know (all of you), n1kf looked up my password from the time I accidentally posted a log of it and figured out a few services that I still used that password for, which was rizon and one of my gmails. This is the story as I have pieced it together:
At 1:40, he went through a bunch of the IRC logs located at http://tewin.ml/irclogs/ and found the one containing a few copies of my password. At 1:48, he logged into my account and removed my recovery questions. From 2:02 to 2:03, he changed my recovery email, removed my recovery phone number, changed my password, and then left as far as I can tell. At an unknown point in time, he got on my IRC account and changed the password on that, too.

He might have thought he was able to get away, but I had a powerful ally on my side: circumstantial evidence.

As a punishment, I have banned his forum account for a day and banned webchat (he's free to come back on a non-webchat client) from IRC for 2.

Diff still has some pointless accounts that are found by google searching with the password if you knew it from the time.

I've never really been on the IRC, but what is the big deal about #failforum and #failforums? Seriously, guys, you should just chill about the whole thing. By that, I mean N1KF and whoever is involved in these things.

Why, exactly? Thing did not appear to touch Different's account, so there is pretty much no good reason other than "thing did something bad on another unrelated website."
