Need more details if I'm going to do this but I could totally do this. I was thinking of a sort of post feedback system for the eeforums like rep but without the overall counter. Maybe just like a per post counter.

Nonono. I know how rep went. That was horrible because people could see your overall rep on each post, turning it into a sort of status symbol. In this thing, you would have the rep system, but it would only show the rep on that specific post, effectively turning it into a post comment system.
