Prologue and first 4 chapters are up. Italics don't work in .txt files, so I've reformatted them as /this./
Warning: Even after first revision, everything is still pretty crappy, especially the prologue.
Otherwise enjoy. Or don't. Or give feedback on how to improve this goddamn piece of crap that I've spewed forth from my brain.

paragraph 5 seems to have a tense issue of some kind (maybe not, but it reads oddly)

I’d say that the two were as different as night and day. Their appearances are starkly different

reading more of it right now, will post thoughts later when i've done so. Probably just general thoughts unless something really stands out to me.

You two are the first people who ever seen me.

Yeah, I really wanted it to be in present tense, but that screws up a little bit of my normal writing style. I'll make a note of that part.
