i never knew that enchiladas could be bad, but then I had one that had rubbery cheese, no sauce, and a tortilla that could very well have been made of cardboard.

;_; I'll never be able to trust an enchilada again.

No that's a tamale and it's great.

An enchilada is a corn tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a chili pepper sauce except instead of a corn tortilla it's a piece of soggy cardboard that is optionally left to dry and harden and rubbery cheese.
