Half-dummy html editor.

Today I made an html editor for those who have access to the superedit page. It's half-dummy and only lets you place html at 4 locations, 5 as I add the footer to the list, and maybe in a week very many places as I switch from 1000 textareas to 1 box controlled with preg_split.
currently you can place html in the head, after the <body> tag, and before and after the header image.
EDIT: Footer added. Any other locations you want to be able to edit?

Not much, but there's stuff to add. The reason you can't really edit anything is because I can't either >_> I have yet to tear apart all the individual little parts of the forum.

There's a good chance of there being a real template editor pretty soon.
