There's nothing to get in to. It's just a flat HTML page. That page will not do anything until I make it do something. Even if I did, it would not show it in the source.

!= Is pretty much the de facto standard for 'does not equal' in all programming languages. Let's look at some strange C code:

int function fail( int z, int t)
{
if(0=(0=(0=(0=(0=(0=(0=(0=(z!=t))))))))))
return 0;
else
return 1;
}

All this does is waste space in the condition and tell if two integers are equal. :pedosmile:

But you need both to make a really good DHTML site. Unfortunately there are few options with client side, while you get many with server side.

Lots and lots of options in PHP. I could IP ban anyone using The Browser That Will Not Be Named from this site if I wanted. Or I could only allow The Browser That Will Not Be Named. Or I could ban anyone using The Browser That Will Not Be Named on friday the 13th. Or I could ban everyone then. You can't do that client-side if they turn off javascript.
